We are searching for a experienced, professional personal trainers. The right candidate is caring, responsible, and loves creating deep personal connections with their clients. Tallgrass aims to promote overall wellness rather than just physical fitness. We seek to learn about our clients, what motivates them, and what holds them back so we can help them improve all aspects of their health, both mentally and physically. Our personal trainers are knowledgeable, kind, inclusive, non-judgmental and great communicators. Technical skill in exercise programming, prescription, and appropriate modification is a must. We would love to work with trainers skilled in injury prevention and rehabilitation, body composition management, corrective exercise, nutrition, or other related specialty. You must also hold an up-to-date, accredited personal training certification and current CPR/AED certification (or be willing to renew within 30 days of employment). This is a great opportunity for an experienced trainer looking for a warm, inviting environment in which to train their clients without the distractions and intimidations of the typical gym or fitness center. You will not have to wait for equipment, shout over loud music, or navigate any corporate protocol. We are a team of professionals who work well together and communicate maturely and effectively.
