Evexia Health & Performance is seeking a motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join our growing coaching team. This role is ideal for someone with an athletic or movement-based background who takes pride in their work, shows up like a professional, and genuinely cares about helping people improve their health in a sustainable, holistic way. As a coach at Evexia, you will work closely with clients through personalized training, provide expert guidance on movement and exercise, and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment. We are not looking for a "floor trainer" or someone seeking a short-term role. We are looking for a coach who wants to grow into a long-term career in the fitness industry while being part of a supportive, high-standard coaching team. Duties Develop customized fitness programs based on each client's goals, movement ability, and health history, ensuring safe and effective training sessions Coach one-on-one, semi-private, and group training sessions with a high level of energy, professionalism, and attention to detail Educate clients on proper exercise technique, movement quality, and training fundamentals to support long-term progress Monitor client performance and progress, making thoughtful adjustments to programming as needed Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, accountability, and support Collaborate with fellow coaches to uphold Evexia's coaching standards and team culture Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment while following safety and hygiene protocols Stay current with best practices in training, movement, anatomy, and coaching through continued learning and development Opportunity to coach nutrition and Pilates as well, for coaches holding the relevant certifications Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to deliver safe and effective training Ability to coach adults of varying fitness levels with confidence and clarity Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Athletic or sports background strongly preferred Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent) required CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required Experience working in a gym or private training environment with familiarity with equipment and safety procedures Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $40 per session Target income range: $45,000-$70,000+ annually depending on hours and performance Clear path to reaching 20+ training hours per week within approximately 90 days Eligibility for health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off after 6 months (for full-time team members) Ongoing mentorship, professional development, and career growth opportunities Why Evexia At Evexia Health & Performance, we believe coaching is more than writing workouts.
