We are looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, dynamic exercise classes that focus on strength training for women. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with women individually in a group setting, motivating them to work hard and challenge themselves, while helping them improve their form and technique. Responsibilities Lead boot camp classes with expertise and good energy. Follow the programming provided for each class. We provide the programming and you provide the experience! Demonstrate exercises for clients and provide modifications as needed. Ensure the safety of all participants by applying demonstrating safe lifting techniques and using equipment properly Maintain a high-energy environment by fostering a supportive community atmosphere that encourages participation and persistence Engage with clients throughout each session in a friendly, open manner. Experience At least one year of group fitness training experience Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED operation is essential; additional certifications in First Aid are preferred Demonstrated ability to teach exercise routines confidently while adapting to diverse participant needs Experience in personal training or coaching within the fitness industry is highly desirable Familiarity with gym equipment operation and heavy lifting techniques for safe manual handling during classes or demonstrations
Personal Training or Group Training Certification Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 8.0 per week
