About Us:

Teamworks Sports Performance is a premier athletic training facility dedicated to providing top-notch training to athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their highest potential through personalized and comprehensive training programs. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Trainers to join our team in Acton, MA. As a Trainer at Teamworks Sports Performance, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including athletes and adults participating in our fitness classes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs, leading group fitness sessions, and providing guidance and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver individualized training programs for athletes.
  • Lead and instruct adult fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress.
  • Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for all clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fitness and sports performance.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (BS)
  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM,).
  • Previous experience working with athletes and/or leading group fitness classes.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, training techniques, and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
