IF... You have 1-2+ years of professional personal training experience and know this is a profession you want to pursue. THE OPPORTUNITY

At AUM, you'll coach clients one-on-one in a beautiful, private environment where you can focus entirely on the person in front of you. You'll design individualized programs, build meaningful relationships with your clients, take ownership of their progress and collaborate closely with an experienced team. We provide structured onboarding, ongoing education, regular feedback and continuing-education support in an environment where becoming a better coach is part of the job. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to want to get better.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

1+ year of professional one-on-one personal training experience; 2+ years preferred Current nationally recognized personal training certification Current CPR/AED certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism and reliability Consistent afternoon/evening availability Ability to work in person at our Newbury Street studio A bachelor's or master's degree in exercise science, kinesiology or a related field is valued, but character, coaching ability and willingness to learn matter more to us than credentials alone.
