We are looking for a Pilates Instructor to join our beautiful Pilates & Stretch studio located in Braintree. Our reformer pilates and assisted stretch studio is filled with top of the line Balanced Body equipment in a bright, beautiful space. We are looking for Reformer Pilates Instructors to facilitate small group & private reformer sessions. Dependability and excellent customer service skills are a must. There are many regular schedules as well as fill in opportunities available. Also a potential opportunity to assume the position of assistant manager if desired. we are also open to renting the space at a reasonable rate to instructors who would like to bring their own clients. In person Responsibilities Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants. Educate clients on the fundamentals of Pilates, including anatomy and physiology related to movement. Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Experience Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor preferred but willing to work with newly certified instructor. Ability to design comprehensive workout flows that cater to diverse client needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Certification in Pilates instruction is required.
