ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead group classes, up to 12 clients, effectively and safely Ability to verbally communicate movement directions to participants Assist clients in their Pilates practice by promoting overall health, muscle tone, and achieving better posture Knowledge and ability to provide modifications to fit the needs of group and on an individual bases among class members Experience to expertly incorporate props into class flows Assist with cleaning tasks to keep studio and equipment clean Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations Must be able to bend and lift or demonstrate exercises Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Pilates Instructor Certification, required Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises Desire to build a successful business and private clientele as well as group loyalty Punctual, reliable and dedicated Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment Being a motivation and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates.
