Job Description

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

CONCORD, MA
The Beede Swim & Fitness Center in Concord, MA is seeking part-time, energetic, certified Fitness Instructors to plan, instruct, and lead a variety of group exercise classes for youth and adults, based on their certifications and areas of specialization. Group fitness classes are offered year-round at indoor and outdoor locations, including Town parks and the Town beach. Instructors interested in leading engaging and unique classes are highly encouraged to apply! This is an hourly, part-time position consisting of up to 20 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a member-oriented, municipally owned swim and fitness center that takes pride in serving the Concord community.
Pay range:
$46.00-$75.00 per hour ; starting pay is based on qualifications. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, as we hire throughout the year. The first review of applications will take place on August 15, 2026. The most highly qualified candidates whose experience aligns with our fitness instructor needs will be invited to interview. All applicants will be notified of their status as soon as a decision has been made regarding their individual application. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including CORI and SORI checks. Costs of these pre-placement requirements will be borne by the Town.
