We are looking for motivated fitness professionals who are passionate about changing lives, producing real client results, and building a successful long-term career in the fitness industry. Whether you are an experienced trainer looking for greater opportunity or a newly certified professional ready to build your first client base, we provide the environment, mentorship, systems, and member access necessary to succeed. This is not a position where you are expected to arrive with a full book of clients. Our trainers work inside active Crunch Fitness locations with access to a growing membership base, fitness consultations, new-member opportunities, internal lead generation, professional development, and ongoing leadership support. What You Will Do Deliver safe, effective, and personalized training sessions Conduct fitness consultations and member assessments Design customized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities Educate clients on exercise technique, progression, recovery, and healthy habits Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients Follow up with leads and prospective training clients Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients Track client attendance, progress, goals, and results Support client retention through an exceptional coaching experience Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive presence on the gym floor Participate in team meetings, education, development, and club initiatives Build and manage a sustainable personal training clientele Represent Crunch Fitness with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm What We Provide Access to an active and growing gym membership base New-member consultations and client-development opportunities Hands-on mentorship from experienced fitness leadership Sales, communication, and business-development coaching Programming and client-retention support Tools and systems to help organize clients, scheduling, and communication A high-energy team environment Opportunities to increase your client volume and earning potential Full-time and part-time scheduling opportunities Career advancement into Head Trainer, Fitness Manager, and district leadership roles Growth opportunities as additional Crunch Fitness locations are developed Qualifications Current nationally recognized personal training certification, including NASM or an equivalent accredited certification Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it before beginning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, organized, and coachable Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Ability to motivate clients with different backgrounds, goals, and experience levels Willingness to develop sales, consultation, and client-retention skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Availability during high-demand training hours is strongly preferred Preferred but Not Required Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience Degree or coursework in exercise science, kinesiology, sports science, or a related field Experience conducting consultations or fitness assessments Background in strength training, weight loss, corrective exercise, athletic performance, group fitness, or nutrition coaching Experience creating fitness content or developing a professional social-media presence Newly certified trainers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is valuable, but we place significant importance on work ethic, professionalism, personality, coachability, and the ability to connect with people. Compensation and Schedule This is a performance-driven position with compensation connected to personal training sessions, client development, and production. Specific compensation, scheduling, and opportunity structure will be reviewed during the interview process and may vary by location, experience, availability, and position.
