Pilates Instructor

Pilates and Yoga Studio is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and career-driven Pilates Instructors to join our growing fitness team! We are a vibrant and expanding Pilates and Yoga community with over 3,000 square feet of studio space, featuring: A large Pilates Reformer studio with 8 reformer beds A spacious movement studio equipped with a variety of props and apparatuses At EmbodyMind Wellness, we are committed to creating a culture of inclusivity, competency, and compassion. As our class offerings expand, we're looking for motivated instructors who see Pilates not just as a job—but as their professional calling. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging, results-driven classes for participants of all skill levels, creating a supportive and inspiring environment. Certification in Pilates Mat and/or Reformer from a reputable training program is required.

Availability:

Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Lead Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting sessions to accommodate a range of abilities Teach proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to enhance results and prevent injury Design and deliver effective Pilates programs tailored to client goals and fitness levels Offer personalized modifications and guidance during classes for safety and effectiveness Keep the studio clean, organized, and all equipment in excellent condition Cultivate a welcoming environment that encourages client loyalty and engagement Participate in ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of industry trends Qualifications & Experience Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics related to Pilates Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred Skilled in program design tailored to individual needs Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire Experience in fitness sales is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
