We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and student-focused Sports & Recreation Instructor to join our dedicated community. In this role, you won't just coach—you'll mentor, guide, and empower adolescents and young adults with learning differences and intellectual disabilities. You will coordinate day-to-day recreation operations, lead intramural programming, and foster a high-energy, safe, and nurturing environment where every student can thrive. Why Riverview School? What You'll DoDirect Instruction & Coaching:
Lead engaging sports, fitness, and recreational activities tailored to unique learning styles. Spearhead intramural programming and wellness initiatives for both students and staff.- Be a

Drive school vehicles (no special license required!) to transport students to exciting off-campus programs, field trips, and events.Keep Environments Safe:
Maintain state-of-the-art fitness and sports equipment, oversee facility cleanliness, and utilize Safety Care training to ensure a secure environment. What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:
A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field—and/or hands-on experience working with children and adolescents with learning differences in a recreational setting or the willingness to engage in professional development to gain the knowledge necessary.Core Requirements:
A current, valid driver's license and CORI clearance.Certifications:
Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, EpiPen, and Fitness (or a willingness to obtain them).
