In this role, you will design personalized workout plans, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition will empower clients to reach their goals while ensuring safety and proper technique. Duties Develop customized workout programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and medical considerations Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, providing clear instruction on exercise techniques and body mechanics Motivate clients through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and goal tracking to maintain momentum Educate clients on biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention to support holistic health improvements Promote fitness services through effective sales techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments for ongoing support Experience Proven experience in personal training within the fitness industry or health club environment Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for safe program design Demonstrated ability to create personalized workout plans that align with individual needs and goals Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, first aid, and liability insurance is required Prior experience with heavy lifting and injury prevention practices is preferred Join us as a Certified Personal Trainer to empower others through expert guidance, energetic coaching, and personalized programs.
