As a personal trainer at Republic, you will: Provide exceptional fitness experiences that are safe, effective and support our members' efforts to reach their fitness goal Provide members, guests and fellow team members with legendary service and enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club Meet individual revenue/training goals and contribute to the overall financial success of the department, club and company Work in partnership with the other members of the Healthworks Group team and contribute to the efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the department and club Contribute to a clean and safe environment Help change member's lives through safe and effective exercise programming See a combination of in person and remote training sessions Have the opportunity to train clients privately and lead a variety of small group training programs Work full-time in a fun and supportive environment Enjoy an extensive benefits package Never face the monotony of a desk job ever again

Your Qualifications:

A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) An enthusiasm and passion for fitness A hospitable and positive attitude A natural ability to network and build a personal training client base The ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed

Full-time Hourly pay for 35hrs per week to help you get started with additional commission for paid training sessions delivered.
