About 20 hr/wk. Seeking 1 additional experience gymnastics coach to join our team. Teach great classes, and support the team with curriculum, quality, training, and safety opportunities. Job Summary Teach great classes and provide world class customer service to our customers. Job Responsibilities Teach the BEST classes according to The Little Gym standards and philosophies using provided lesson plans and training materials. Make sure the children stay safe, grow skills, and have fun! Build member enrollment through effective communication of our premier program and philosophy and help inspire everybody on the Team to do the same Develop a thorough understanding of The Little Gym philosophy and program Maintain positive work environment and team morale Ensure all safety guidelines are met and maintained, creating a safe environment for the team and our members Deliver superior customer service Build long lasting and genuine relationships with The Little Gym families
