If you answered yes to the questions above, then you should know that Congressional Country Club is seeking a Pilates Instructor . The Pilates Instructor provides safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates instruction while creating an exceptional experience for our members. This role is responsible for conducting private and small-group Pilates sessions, maintaining a welcoming fitness environment, and supporting the overall success of the Fitness Department. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible, are driven to make a positive impact, and know that together we accomplish more. What will be expected of you: Provide private and small-group Reformer Pilates instruction to members. Create individualized exercise programs that support members' health and fitness goals. Deliver exceptional member service by creating a welcoming, professional, and positive environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Pilates studio and fitness center. Schedule and confirm member training appointments. Accurately complete daily charge slips and required documentation. Follow all fitness, safety, and Pilates industry standards and best practices. Participate in Fitness Department programs, events, and team initiatives. Assist with assigned Fitness Center floor coverage and daily operational responsibilities.
How we determine your qualifications:
Comprehensive Pilates Certification required (PMA/NPCP Certification is a plus). CPR/AED Certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire). Minimum of two years of Pilates instruction experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for helping members achieve their wellness goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
