Job Description
Reformer Pilates Instructor At toned studio , how you show up matters just as much as how you teach. We're looking for a Mat Pilates Instructor who is confident in their craft, grounded in kindness, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. We love warm, kind humans who create spaces where clients feel supported, seen, and strong. We are open to applicants with Pilates certification as well as those with barre, yoga, or group fitness experience, as we offer in-studio training. What you'll do: Teach intentional, effective Pilates classes Create a welcoming, inclusive environment before, during, and after class Offer clear cueing with thoughtful modifications and progressions Maintain a calm, professional presence aligned with toned studio values Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead What we're looking for: Comprehensive Pilates Certification Experience teaching group classes Strong communication skills with a grounded, confident teaching style A warm, kind demeanor and genuine care for clients Passion for movement, wellness, and community Schedule & details: Consistent weekly classes available Morning, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred Why toned studio: Supportive, intentional team culture Beautiful studio spaces and loyal client community Competitive pay Opportunity to grow with an expanding studio In studio training If you're a warm, kind instructor who values intentional movement and meaningful connection, we'd love to meet you.
