Job Description:
As a Master Trainer at LA Fitness, you will be a vital part of our clients' fitness experience, providing one-on-one training sessions and individualized fitness programs. Your mission will be to guide and motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness objectives while ensuring their safety and well-being. Based on degree, certifications, and experience we pay our trainers from $30.00/hr - $42.00/hr . Also if a trainer does make any type of sale or upgrade to a client, the trainer also earns full commission. Trainers averaging 30+ hrs per week (w/ 1 year tenure) are eligible for medical benefits as well!
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions based on clients' individual goals and fitness levels. Design personalized workout routines that target specific needs, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and more. Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting training programs as needed to maximize results. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients exercise with correct form to prevent injuries. Offer ongoing support and motivation, serving as a reliable source of inspiration and encouragement. Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continually enhance your training techniques.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred but not required).
Job Types:

Up to $65,000.00 per year
