We help busy adults build strength, health, and confidence through structured, progressive training. Our members stay because we offer a welcoming community focused on consistency over quick fixes. The Position We are looking for an energetic coach who loves working with people and values proper movement. You will coach our group classes and personal training clients, helping everyday adults build strength for life. You will have strong support from our team and a clear space to grow your coaching craft. We want someone who brings a positive attitude and treats every member with care. Key Responsibilities Coach structured group fitness classes and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for adults of all fitness levels Provide hands-on movement coaching, including technique cues, exercise demonstrations, and customized progressions Deliver individualized personal training and On Ramp sessions tailored to each client's specific goals and limitations Build meaningful relationships by learning names, celebrating progress, and checking in on member goals Arrive early to prepare equipment, review member notes, and maintain smooth gym operations for every session. Qualifications Current personal training or group fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization, or ability to obtain prior to coaching Current CPR and AED certification, or willingness to obtain prior to independent coaching Strong communication skills to confidently coach and connect with adults of varying abilities Willingness to learn and consistently follow our coaching standards and programming systems. Compensation & Benefits We pay $20 to $30.80 per class. You also get free gym access, a 20 percent product discount, and paid onboarding.
