Part-Time (with opportunity to grow) About Us Pearl Pilates is a welcoming boutique reformer Pilates studio dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and longevity through intentional movement. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, community-focused environment where both clients and instructors can thrive. Position Summary We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is confident teaching individuals and small group reformer classes, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is committed to delivering safe, challenging, and engaging workouts. Responsibilities
  • Lead safe and effective Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels.
  • Provide modifications and progressions based on individual needs and injuries.
  • Create a welcoming and encouraging class atmosphere.
  • Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and body awareness.
  • Arrive prepared and maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and foster a strong sense of community. Qualifications
  • Current Reformer Pilates certification (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, Polestar, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic.
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred but motivated new instructors are encouraged to apply. What We Offer
