Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. This is a commission position. We offer a Brand New state of the art club with hundreds of potentinal clients. We have a proven system in order we will coach you and supply you with all your prospects. Looking to add someone with an open schedule Mon-Friday ASAP. Full time trainers can make upwards of 70-80k annually.Duties:
- Design personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and equipment usage
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress
- Promote and sell personal training packages
- Lead group fitness classes when needed
Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in program design and sports coaching
- Sales skills to promote personal training services
- Familiarity with gym equipment and group fitness instruction
