Job Summary L'atelier Pilates is a luxury boutique reformer Pilates studio specializing in results-driven movement. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to strengthen, sculpt, and improve mobility while providing a personalized, high-end fitness experience. We are looking for instructors who are passionate about helping clients achieve real, lasting results through intentional movement and exceptional instruction. Duties Lead group Pilates Reformer classes with clear demonstrations and effective coaching techniques Design and adapt exercise programs tailored to diverse client needs and fitness levels Ensure proper use of equipment, maintaining safety standards and manual handling procedures Motivate clients by providing positive feedback, encouragement, and personalized coaching Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and perform equipment checks regularly Support client communication by addressing questions, offering guidance, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Bring high energy and intensity every day! Qualifications Experience in Pilates instruction, particularly with Reformer machines Certifications in Pilates instruction Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively •BONUS•Social media presence and engagement Interested?
