The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals, and possess excellent communication skills. Our trainers have the unique experience of coaching small group fitness classes in our gym and providing therapeutic exercise to chiropractic patients in our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and limitations. Develop customized workout plans based on individual fitness levels Lead group training sessions, providing progressions and modifications. Lead one-on-one sessions with patients to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and build strength. Monitor clients progress and adjust workout plans accordingly in the gym and clinic. Willing to be a team player and stay current on fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments. Perform assisted stretching routines
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, Ace, ISSA). CPR/AED Certified. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. Knowledge of exercise physiology and injury prevention is a plus!
