Job Summary Schoolcraft College presents outstanding swim programs and seeks a skilled Water Aerobics Instructor to join our team. Our Personal & Professional Learning division delivers a diverse range of non-credit classes and programs tailored for adult and senior learners. Our classes are led by experts in their respective fields, ensuring high-quality instruction and enriching experiences for all participants. The mission of Schoolcraft College is to provide a transformational and inclusive learning experience designed to increase the capacity of all individuals and groups to achieve intellectual, social, and economic goals. We are committed to creating a positive impact on the communities we serve and value diversity in our students, staff, and programming. Job Duties Design comprehensive deep and shallow water workout sessions, tailored to various fitness levels. Develop engaging water aerobics routines that promote both cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. Prioritize safety by closely supervising students to ensure they execute exercises correctly. Maintain a vigilant watch over all pool activities to uphold a safe environment for everyone involved. Required Qualifications Life-guarding and CPR/First Aid certifications. Experience teaching water aerobics classes.
