Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our Training Team at Burn Boot Camp Northville. As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, relatively challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple members at a time and provide a positive community for mental and physical change. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer focuses on impacting lifestyle changes through improving mindset, nutrition, strength and conditioning training, all while creating an empowering and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Burn Boot Camp Trainers must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through appropriately training the workouts, mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, accountability and true connection.
