Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our Training Team at Burn Boot Camp Northville. As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, relatively challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple members at a time and provide a positive community for mental and physical change. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer focuses on impacting lifestyle changes through improving mindset, nutrition, strength and conditioning training, all while creating an empowering and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Burn Boot Camp Trainers must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through appropriately training the workouts, mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, accountability and true connection.
PAY & BENEFITS

AVAILABLE HOURS
10-15 hours per week. Must have availability for some of the following shifts: 4:00PM- 8:00PM (evenings) Rotational Saturdays (6:30AM - 10:00AM) 4:45AM-8:30AM (early mornings) is a plus
THE IDEAL MATCH
Our next Trainer will exude energy and enthusiasm, have a vibrant and inspiring personality, have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal training, small group training, group fitness, HIIT training, etc., and be coachable to learn the Burn Boot Camp method.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an elite fitness experience to groups of all fitness levels Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique and form Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill and fitness levels Build and maintain a highly engaged member base Lead 1:1 focus meetings on nutrition, performance and motivation Attend weekly and monthly team meetings Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs.
