In person / Online About LIFT Training LIFT Training is a strength, mobility, and conditioning facility focused on individualized coaching, medical exercise, and long-term client development. We specialize in bridging the gap between physical therapy and traditional group fitness. We call this •medical exercise•— helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, increase capacity, reduce limitations, and return to the activities they love with confidence. Our coaching model combines individualized programming, small-group training, 1-on-1 personal training, lifestyle support, and a highly personalized client experience. At LIFT, we do not believe in random workouts, one-size-fits-all fitness, or coaching from the corner of the room. We assess. We coach. We progress. We develop people for real life. Every client comes in with a different body, different goals, different history, and a different life outside the gym. Our job is to meet them there and help them become stronger, more capable, and more confident. We are looking to add •two personal trainers•to our team who want to grow professionally, contribute to a high-standard coaching environment, and build a meaningful career in fitness. Position Overview LIFT Training is seeking two part-time Personal Trainers with the opportunity to grow into full-time roles within 6-8 months for the right candidates. This position is ideal for someone who wants to do more than simply lead workouts. We are looking for a trainer who enjoys working one-on-one with people, building relationships, solving problems, creating individualized programs, and helping clients make meaningful progress over time. Experience matters, but it is not the only thing we are looking for. Communication, professionalism, coachability, personality, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people are equally important. At LIFT, personal training is about much more than exercise selection. Our trainers help clients improve strength, mobility, movement quality, confidence, habits, and overall quality of life. You will learn how to meet clients where they are, understand what they need, and progressively help them become stronger and more capable. The primary focus of this position is personal training and individualized client care , with opportunities to develop additional skills in medical exercise, small-group training, golf fitness, mobility, and performance coaching. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a place to pick up training hours. It's for someone who wants to become an excellent personal trainer, develop a strong client base, and grow within a professional coaching environment.
