For nearly 10 years, we've served our neighborhood with a focus on health, wellness, healing, and connection—both to self and community. The ideal candidate can skillfully modify poses to meet students where they are, offer a balance of cueing and silence, and foster meaningful connections that strengthen our sense of community. Key Responsibilities Create and guide thoughtful Gentle Flow sequences that promote well-being and mindfulness Offer clear cueing and intentional pauses for breath awareness and self-reflection Provide variations and modifications to make yoga accessible for all bodies and experience levels Build a safe, welcoming, and inclusive class environment Offer optional alignment cues or hands-off guidance when appropriate Communicate effectively and arrive on time for all scheduled classes Coordinate class coverage in advance when needed Qualifications 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (minimum) At least 2 years of group teaching experience A minimum of 5 years of personal yoga practice Strong understanding of sequencing, anatomy, postural alignment, and yoga principles Ability to adapt instruction for different ages, body types, abilities, and experience levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
