Job Description
StoCo Fitness - Branson West, MO Join Our Team! StoCo Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivated, and encouraging Fitness Trainer to join our growing community. If you're passionate about helping people improve their health, building relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Lead engaging group fitness classes. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participant safety. Motivate and encourage members of all fitness levels. Build positive relationships with members and foster a supportive community. Assist with member onboarding and help individuals reach their fitness goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workout environment. Qualifications Fitness training or group fitness coaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and people skills. Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to modify workouts for varying fitness levels. What We Offer Flexible scheduling. Competitive pay based on experience.
