Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated CrossFit Trainer - II or higher to join our team! In this role, you will lead high-intensity CrossFit training sessions, design innovative workout programs, and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will help foster a motivating environment that emphasizes proper technique, safety, and personal growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients, from beginners to seasoned athletes, in a fast-paced and supportive setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, possesses strong coaching skills, and thrives on empowering others through movement and motivation. Duties Lead engaging CrossFit classes and group fitness sessions that challenge and motivate participants of all levels Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe execution of movements such as heavy lifting, body mechanics, and manual handling Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs, incorporating elements of biomechanics, physiology, and anatomy knowledge Monitor client progress through regular assessments and provide motivational fitness coaching to enhance performance Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health protocols including
CPR, AED
operation, first aid procedures, and injury prevention strategies Communicate effectively with clients about their goals, progress, and any necessary modifications to routines or exercises Qualifications Proven experience in the fitness industry with a focus on group fitness classes Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, body mechanics Certifications in CrossFit training Valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certification and first aid training Demonstrated ability to teach exercise routines confidently while maintaining high energy levels and motivation Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service in a CrossFit gym Ability to perform lifting safely and demonstrate manual handling techniques effectively Join us in creating an inspiring space where clients can push their limits safely while enjoying every moment of their fitness journey! Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
