Fitness Instructor City of O'Fallon - 3.1 O'Fallon, MO Job Details Part-time $21 - $26 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications First aid and CPR Full Job Description The City of O'Fallon is looking for an energetic and dependable team member for the position of Fitness Instructor to lead classes on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings from 8 to 9 am (Strength class) and 11:15 am - 12:00 (Silver Sneakers Cardio) at the Renaud Center. Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your fitness know-how and skills in decision making, problem solving and dealing with the public? Our Fitness Instructors earn competitive pay with an expected starting rate of pay of $21.00 to $26.00 hourly. As part of our Recreation Department, this position plays an important role in providing fitness instruction to groups and individuals. Generally, you'll teach a few classes each week, including helping out when a substitute teacher is needed. As a Fitness Instructor, your duties and responsibilities will include: Providing instruction in a variety of fitness classes and top notice customer service to patrons Attending mandatory in-service training We're looking for someone who is certified in Silver Sneaker fitness programming. This person should be comfortable leading a group and teaching individuals. We are currently hiring for morning instructors on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Could this be the opportunity for you?
