Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and physical capabilities Develop customized workout plans based on biomechanical principles, physiology knowledge, and individual preferences Lead motivating group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions that emphasize proper body mechanics and safe heavy lifting techniques Educate clients on nutrition, body mechanics, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies Maintain accurate records of client progress, session details, and program adjustments Ensure safety protocols are followed by applying first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and manual handling procedures when necessary Promote fitness sales by engaging with prospective clients and providing exceptional customer service to build rapport and loyalty Experience Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching within the health club or gym environment Strong background in sports coaching, group fitness instruction, or physical education teaching is highly desirable Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design to optimize client results Hands-on experience with fitness industry standards including liability insurance requirements and safety protocols Demonstrated ability to motivate clients through coaching techniques that foster confidence and sustained engagement Familiarity with fitness sales strategies and customer service excellence to enhance client retention Certifications such as NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), or equivalent are required; CPR/AED certification is mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise fuels others' success!
