Responsibilities Develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels using your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics. Lead engaging group fitness classes and one-on-one coaching sessions that motivate clients and promote active participation. Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques, manual handling, heavy lifting, and injury prevention to ensure client safety at all times. Conduct fitness assessments, monitor progress, and adjust programs accordingly to maximize results. Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, motivational coaching, and exceptional customer service to foster loyalty. Maintain comprehensive records of client sessions, progress notes, and program modifications while adhering to liability insurance requirements. Stay current with industry trends, certifications (such as CPR/AED), and best practices in sports coaching, nutrition, and fitness industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction with a strong background in biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design. Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse clients through motivational coaching techniques and personalized workout plans. Knowledge of health club operations, gym equipment usage including heavy lifting techniques, and group fitness instruction. Certifications in CPR/AED (First Aid), manual handling, and relevant fitness qualifications are essential. Excellent communication skills with a talent for building client rapport and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience teaching physical education or working within the fitness industry is highly desirable. Ability to operate AED devices confidently and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
