The ideal candidate is committed to helping members improve their physical and mental well-being through safe and engaging yoga instruction. This role involves leading classes, developing yoga programs, and creating a welcoming environment for participants of all experience levels. Responsibilities Lead yoga classes for members of varying skill levels and abilities Develop and implement effective yoga programs tailored to participant needs Provide guidance, encouragement, and individualized support to students Demonstrating proper techniques and modifications Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Stay informed about current yoga practices, techniques, and wellness trends Build positive relationships with members and foster a supportive community atmosphere Qualifications Current Yoga Instructor certification required Experience teaching a requirement at least 200 hours Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students in a positive manner Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Ability to demonstrate yoga poses and techniques safely Ability to lift and carry yoga equipment and studio supplies as needed Compensation & Benefits Part-time position Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Expected hours: 1-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Gym membership benefits Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
