Les Mills Shapes Instructor:
Lead high-intensity yet, low-impact sessions focusing on deep muscle activation Guide participants through small, targeted movements using equipment like small balls or resistance bands Provide clear instructions and modifications for various fitness levels Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction At least 18 years old Completion of the Les Mills Shapes Training Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of the Northern Sky Follow specific Les Mills choreography notes and music structure Benefits All employees receive a free YMCA membership! Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment 12% Retirement Plan- The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods The employee is 21 years of age or older

Schlossman YMCA:
Thursdays- 7:00am Fridays
- 5:15am, 6:15am Saturdays
- 10:00am Sundays
