Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Coach at Fit Body Boot Camp, you are the heartbeat of the training floor. Leading clients through fun, fast-paced group sessions using The Fit Body Way . You'll deliver high-energy workouts, build strong client relationships, and help members feel confident and supported in their fitness journey. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, committed to learning, and eager to be part of a motivating, community-driven environment.

General Manager Availability:
2-4 evenings a week 4-7:30pm M-Th and 4-6pm Fridays 1-2 Saturdays a month, 7-10:30am
Qualifications:
Experience in group fitness or personal training preferred (but not required). Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or ability to obtain within 90 days. Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping people. Ability to coach with clarity, encouragement, and enthusiasm. Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Coaching Lead safe, effective, and motivating group workouts based on Fit Body Boot Camp's signature training method. Modify exercises and offer form corrections to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Keep energy high and maintain a strong coaching presence throughout each session. Ensure workouts begin and end on time and clients feel welcomed, supported, and challenged. Client Experience Deliver a positive, consistent client experience every time before, during, and after each session. Learn names, build relationships, and help foster a welcoming, community-driven gym culture. Check in with members about progress, celebrate milestones, and help support retention. Team Collaboration Follow programming and session standards set by the Head Coach and GM. Arrive early, help set up the floor, and stay afterward to clean and reset as needed. Communicate with teammates and leadership about client needs, attendance trends, or session feedback. Growth & Development Stay current with training techniques and pursue ongoing education. Attend team meetings, development trainings, and contribute positively to gym culture. Be open to coaching and feedback from the Head Coach and leadership team.
