Concord, NH Part-Time Pay:

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience Capital City Sports & Fitness is looking for an energetic and engaging Aqua Zumba Instructor to join our growing aquatics and group fitness team. We are looking for someone who can bring energy, music, and fun to our indoor pool while creating a welcoming workout for participants of different ages and fitness levels. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, comfortable leading groups, and passionate about creating a positive fitness experience for our members. Responsibilities Lead fun, high-energy Aqua Zumba classes in our indoor pool Create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for participants Demonstrate movements and provide clear instruction throughout class Provide appropriate modifications for different fitness and ability levels Encourage and motivate participants while maintaining a safe class environment Prepare music and class routines Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Communicate professionally with members and CCSF staff Follow all facility and aquatics safety procedures Qualifications Current Aqua Zumba Instructor training/license strongly preferred Previous Aqua Zumba, aquatic fitness, dance fitness, or group exercise instruction experience preferred CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain Strong communication and group leadership skills Energetic and comfortable motivating participants Dependable and professional Passion for fitness, music, and creating a great member experience Schedule This is a part-time instructor position with classes scheduled based on program needs and instructor availability. Weekday morning/daytime availability is a plus, with the potential for additional classes as our aquatics and group fitness programming continues to grow. About Capital City Sports & Fitness Capital City Sports & Fitness is a large multi-sport and fitness facility in Concord, New Hampshire offering aquatics, fitness, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, youth programming, camps, and more. We are continuing to expand our group fitness and aquatics offerings and are looking for enthusiastic instructors who can bring new energy and programming to our members.
