This gives us the ability to pay top dollar to our Personal Trainers. FITLAB Fitness Club owns and operates five upscale full-service clubs in Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, and Hudson, New Hampshire. The company offers FITLAB branded programs, products and services, including strength and cardio training, studio classes, personal training, apparel and food/juice bars. FITLAB represents service, value, quality, expertise, innovation, attention to detail, market leadership and results. FITLAB isn't a gym. It's a club, delivering an unrivaled fitness experience for its members and employees. If you are a high performing individual who is passionate about winning and inspiring others then we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you. Floor time (semi-flexible) Monday through Friday from 4pm-7:30pm, and Saturday from 9am-12pm. Ability to take on clients immediately. After building up your clientele, you will go from Floor Trainer to Personal Trainer and work up to Full Time making between $24-$30 per hour training session. Using the RAMP system, we integrate scientifically proven formulas rooted in exercise physiology, nutrition, and overall well-being, providing a comprehensive educational experience for our members. By incorporating evidence-based methodologies, RAMP ensures that our members not only achieve their fitness goals but also gain a deeper understanding of the principles guiding their health journey. GUARANTEE
results with the RAMP System and offer 8- week workout programs, along with nutrition and progress tracking. Our algorithmic software does the programming work for you, but your attention to detail and nurturing your client is paramount! $13/hr floor time (20 hours per week) $26-$30/hr with a paying client (Up to $44/hr with our Master Trainer Tenure Program) Part time to start, with the ability to build a book into a full-time position which would allow for Health Insurance and 401K Program. Requirements:
A positive, outgoing attitude Natural nurturer Personal Training certification a plus but not required (we will be certifying you with a RAMP Certified Metabolic Technician (CMT cert).
