We're looking for Personal Trainers who take the craft seriously. You'll conduct fitness assessments, build individualized programs, and coach clients one-on-one and in small groups. You'll be supported by a Head Trainer, a Lead Trainer, and a Fitness Manager whose job is to make you better—and a clear path forward when you're ready for it. If you love coaching, show up prepared, and want to build a career instead of working a shift, we want to meet you. What You'll Own As a Personal Trainer, your clients' results are your scoreboard. You'll be responsible for: Client Programming & Coaching Conduct fitness assessments and deliver personal training sessions in one-on-one and group appointments. Create individual workout plans for clients based on their goals and fitness objectives. Help clients meet their objectives by coaching and assisting them through every session. Generate client progress reports with accurate measurements and fitness testing every 4 to 6 weeks. Demonstrate the proper use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Serve as a knowledgeable source of fitness and nutrition information for your clients. Client Relationships Set up personal training sessions with clients and follow through on programming and accountability. Maintain open lines of communication with every client. Show up on time, in proper attire, prepared for the session in front of you. Maintain respect and strong rapport with clients at all times. Build the kind of relationships that keep clients training and generate referrals. Professionalism & Safety Maintain professionalism at all times, refraining from inappropriate or unwanted touching, sexual or otherwise. Promote and enforce gym safety in every session. Log all personal training sessions in accordance with USA PT's policies and procedures. Maintain a respectful and professional attitude with all company employees. Attend all staff meetings as required. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Keep up with continuing education requirements for your personal training certification.
