In this role, you will inspire clients through expertly crafted Pilates instruction that emphasizes proper body mechanics, core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Your enthusiasm for health and fitness will motivate individuals of all levels to achieve their personal wellness goals. As a Classical Pilates Teacher, you will deliver engaging group classes and personalized coaching sessions, ensuring each participant receives safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise experiences. Duties Lead group Pilates classes focusing on classical techniques, emphasizing precise movement patterns and breathing methods Demonstrate proper exercise routines and provide hands-on guidance to ensure correct form and technique Design tailored Pilates programs that accommodate various fitness levels and individual needs Motivate clients through energetic coaching, fostering a supportive environment that encourages progress and confidence Assess client performance regularly, offering constructive feedback and modifications as needed Maintain safety standards by practicing manual handling techniques and adhering to health protocols such as CPR and AED operation Qualifications Full classical comprehensive certification First aid certification (CPR/AED) required; ongoing commitment to health and safety standards in fitness settings Enthusiastic team player with a passion for coaching, program design, and motivating others to reach their potential
