About This Role:
We are seeking a certified personal trainer with a strong interest and experience coaching women in midlife, including peri- and post-menopausal clients. This role is ideal for a coach who values education, relationship-building, and long-term progress over quick fixes. Our members are motivated, thoughtful, and invested in their health. Many are navigating changes in energy, body composition, recovery, and confidence—and they value a trainer who understands those realities and can coach accordingly. What You'll Do Personal Training & Coaching Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments (movement, strength, body composition, lifestyle factors) Design and deliver individualized, science-based training programs Coach clients through strength training, metabolic health, bone density, and injury prevention Provide education around recovery, sleep, stress, hydration, and nutrition fundamentals (meal plans out of scope) Build strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term consistency Adapt programming as clients move through changing life stages and goals Floor Coaching & Member Engagement Be an active presence on the gym floor: cueing, correcting, and encouraging Support open-gym members with form, movement optimization, and confidence Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment Promote programs and services in a natural, education-forward way Small Group Training Program and coach small group classes aligned with your expertise Offer appropriate progressions and regressions Prioritize safety, technique, and member experience This Role Is a
