Your Role:

Build and maintain a Personal Training client base Conduct consultations and fitness assessments Design and deliver safe, effective and resultsdriven training programs Develop professional relationships with members and clients Promote and sell Personal Training programs and services Track client progress and meet established performance expectations

Our Standard:

We're looking for professional, dependable and motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build relationships. Personal Training experience and a nationally accredited certification are preferred, but certification is not required to apply. Candidates actively pursuing a fitness-related degree or nationally accredited Personal Training certification may be considered for a short-term internship while completing their education or certification requirements. URGE provides access to partner credentialing organizations, including NASM, with discounted certification opportunities. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within URGE-established timeframes.
