We're looking for instructors who are not only great at teaching Pilates, but who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating an amazing studio experience, and helping build a community.
THE ROLE
As a Toned Hot Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging, challenging, and welcoming Pilates classes while creating an environment where every client feels motivated, supported, and confident. Our instructors are a major part of the Toned Hot Pilates brand. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, brings positive energy into the studio, and has an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will treat this opportunity like their own business—taking initiative, staying motivated, and actively contributing to the growth, culture, and success of the studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead safe, effective, and energetic Pilates classes Provide clear verbal and visual instruction throughout class Demonstrate proper form, technique, and body mechanics Offer modifications for different fitness levels and abilities Create a motivating and welcoming environment Build genuine relationships with clients and members Encourage client consistency, confidence, and progress Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Represent the Toned Hot Pilates brand both inside and outside the studio Participate in studio events, promotions, and community-building activities Take initiative in supporting client retention, engagement, and studio growth Approach the role with the motivation and commitment of a business owner Support the growth and success of the studio with an ownership mentality
QUALIFICATIONS
Group fitness or Pilates teaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and body mechanics Excellent communication and cueing skills Comfortable teaching to groups of varying experience levels High-energy, positive, and personable Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to contribute beyond teaching classes Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others Social-media savvy and comfortable representing a modern fitness brand is a plus
