A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.
STRONG Pilates is a high-intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines rowing and biking with Pilates-inspired movements, utilizing an innovative Rowformer and Bikeformer machine. Unlike regular pilates, the Rowformer and Bikeformer allow for elevated heart rate by using the row and bike side, then transitioning back to the Pilates side. The increased intensity results in a substantial calorie burn, helping the consumer burn body fat while also receiving the benefits of Pilates.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead membership sales and revenue-driving efforts for membership based studio location Assist in leading and inspiring a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experiences. Manage scheduling and inventory. Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention. Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with STRONG's values. Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management. Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
