Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer/Coach to join our fitness team for Small-Group Training (max 6 clients per coach). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy, and will be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in motivating clients, providing guidance on exercise techniques, and promoting overall health and wellness. Duties Conduct individual assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals. Design customized workout programs tailored to each client's needs and abilities. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary. Provide education on nutrition, health, and wellness to support clients' fitness journeys. Promote fitness services and programs within the gym or health club environment. Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients to reach their personal best. Requirements Strong knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy. Experience in fitness sales or promoting health club services is preferred. Background in sports coaching or physical education is advantageous. Ability to design effective training programs based on individual client assessments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is required. Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
