Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer & Adaptive Fitness Trainer Forever Hart Fit is a women-focused boutique fitness studio offering small group classes, personal training, and inclusive fitness services in a supportive, empowering environment. We are hiring for multiple fitness roles , including adaptive/disability-focused training , to support our growing community. Open Positions Group Fitness Instructor Certified Personal Trainer Adaptive / Disability Fitness Trainer (DDD experience preferred) Qualifications Group Fitness Instructor Certification preferred but not required Ability to safely lead engaging group classes for women of all fitness levels Certified Personal Trainer Current personal training certification required Experience with one-on-one or small group training preferred Adaptive / Disability Fitness Trainer Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities (DDD) preferred Background in adaptive fitness, special populations, therapeutic exercise, or related field strongly encouraged Ability to modify exercises, provide clear cueing, and create a safe, supportive training environment Personal training certification required Class & Training Styles Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: HIIT / Tabata Bootcamp Kettlebell Barre Pilates Yoga Dance Fitness / Zumba Kickboxing Adaptive / Special Population Training Candidates with new or unique formats are encouraged to apply. Experience Preferred Small group training Coaching beginners through advanced clients Adaptive programming and exercise modification Clear communication and patience Training is provided for class formats outside of an instructor's primary specialty.
