an adult dance studio in Buffalo!

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Fitness Instructors to join our Surge Sweat Series! Our Sweat Series is a dance fitness inspired series that is meant to give dancers additional training outside of just dance. Furthermore, we want to expand this series to be more accessible to anyone who is looking to move, groove, and have fun! We are looking for fitness instructors of any and all categories! Pilates, Acro, Barre, Yoga, Strength and Conditioning etc. etc. If you have a fitness class you are looking to run, this is your chance to! As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching adults of all ages and skill levels. Your experience and expertise will help provide our dancers with an additional outlet and form of movement while surrounded by a fun and creative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for you to share you love of dance/fitness with others and make a positive impact on others' lives. Duties

Instruct one hour long drop-in (no commitment) class in your specialized style.
Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure students stay engaged, safe, and comfortable.
Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive and well-rounded dance program.
Occasionally work with other instructors to develop class plans for bigger projects or classes. Requirements
Experience teaching fitness classes.
Strong knowledge of your preferred style.
Certification for certain styles preferred.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying skill levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fitness and a desire to share that passion with others.
