Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable fitness professional to join our team as a Pilates with Kords instructor. This role involves leading engaging Pilates classes that incorporate elements of body mechanics, physiology, and functional movement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group fitness, personal training, or sports coaching, with a focus on health and wellness. Candidates with experience in disciplines such as yoga, dance, cycling, CrossFit, or gym instruction are encouraged to apply. This position offers an opportunity to inspire clients through innovative program design and personalized coaching in a dynamic health club environment. Responsibilities Lead Pilates classes that integrate principles of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective workouts Design and adapt fitness programs tailored to diverse client needs and skill levels Educate clients on proper technique, posture, and movement patterns to maximize results and prevent injury Motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals through engaging instruction and positive reinforcement Incorporate elements of other disciplines such as yoga, cycling, or dance to enhance class variety and client engagement Maintain a clean, organized workout space in accordance with health and safety standards Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to improve program offerings and instructional skills Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics relevant to fitness training Experience in program design for group fitness settings Proficiency in teaching Pilates with an understanding of core principles and modifications for different levels Background in disciplines such as kickboxing, yoga, CrossFit, personal training, or sports coaching is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups of participants Ability to create a welcoming environment that encourages participation and progress Familiarity with gym equipment and safety protocols within a health club setting Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness aspirations MUST have two years' experience instructing Pilates.

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
