In this dynamic role, you will deliver engaging fitness instruction, develop personalized training programs, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise in various exercise disciplines and your passion for health will help clients unlock their full potential while enjoying a positive, supportive experience. Responsibilities Lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, cycling, and dance-based routines with enthusiasm and professionalism Design tailored workout programs based on individual client assessments, goals, and fitness levels Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct body mechanics to maximize safety and effectiveness Motivate clients through positive coaching, encouragement, and clear communication to foster confidence and persistence Conduct fitness assessments including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to inform program development Maintain high standards of client service by addressing questions, providing feedback, and ensuring a welcoming environment Operate emergency response equipment such as AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) and perform first aid when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in the fitness industry with certifications in personal training or group fitness instruction Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and health club safety protocols Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED operation are required; first aid certification is preferred Proficiency in teaching exercise routines across multiple disciplines including Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, cycling, and dance is highly desirable Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively while ensuring client safety during manual handling and heavy lifting activities Excellent communication skills with a passion for coaching and motivating diverse groups of clients Prior experience working in a gym or health club environment is advantageous Join us to empower individuals through innovative fitness programs that promote health, strength, flexibility, and confidence.
