FS8 Head Trainer

We are looking for an inspiring, organized, and high-energy Head Trainer to lead our coaching team and set the standard for our member experience. The Role As our Head Trainer, you will be the heartbeat of our studio. You will lead world-class group fitness sessions, mentor our training team, and act as a key partner in our studio's growth. You are a leader, a coach, and a brand ambassador who ensures every member leaves our studio feeling stronger and more connected than when they arrived.

Key Responsibilities Coaching Excellence:

Lead 18 high-energy coaching sessions per week, delivering pre- programmed FS8 workouts with precision, safety, and high energy.

Trainer Onboarding & Mentorship:

Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new instructors. Conduct trainer shadowing, provide real-time feedback, and ensure consistent delivery of the FS8 methodology across the entire team.

Operational & Brand Integrity:

Maintain studio standards, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure the studio is clean and safe. Ensure all sessions uphold FS8 brand consistency and programming standards.

Social Media & Marketing:

Assist with capturing engaging in-studio content (class clips, trainer features) and represent FS8 at local community activations and networking events.

Member Engagement & Sales:

Build lasting relationships with members, assist in retention efforts, and drive studio growth through membership sales and community outreach.

Who You Are Certified Professional:

Current Reformer Pilates Certification is highly preferred. Current Personal Training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) and CPR/AED certification are required.

Experienced Leader:

2+ years of group fitness instruction; leadership experience (mentoring or managing a team) is a strong plus.

Technically Minded:

A deep understanding of movement mechanics, mobility, and injury prevention. You are passionate about the "FS8 way" and technical precision.

Sales & Growth Minded:

Comfortable engaging with prospects and closing membership sales to help the studio reach its KPIs.

Culture Champion:

High-energy, empathetic, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.

Schedule Requirements Weekly Commitment:

Full-time role requiring 18 coached classes per week plus admin/management hours.

Flexibility:

Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations as needed.

What We Offer Tiered Coaching Pay:

$45 base per session + bonus pay based on class performance and attendance for every attendee over 10. Earn more as you grow your class following!

Admin & Leadership Pay:

Hourly rate for dedicated administrative, social media, and management hours.
