We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Aquatic Instructor . This is not a traditional swim instructor position. While a background in competitive swimming or stroke mechanics is beneficial, applicants whose experience is limited to teaching conventional swim lessons or working in a traditional swim school environment are unlikely to be a good fit. Our program is grounded in neurological research and delivered through a therapeutic, individualized approach. Every activity is purposeful, and every interaction is designed to support a child's development. We are looking for professionals who are thoughtful, observant, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following fields often excel in this role: Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) Nursing Personal Training Exercise Science or Kinesiology Competitive swimming or coaching No aquatic therapy experience is required—we provide comprehensive training in our specialized methodology. Position Details Part-time:

Compensation:

$40-$80 per hour, based on experience and performance Performance-based raises are offered to instructors who demonstrate exceptional skill, consistency, and dedication. It is about using the aquatic environment to promote confidence, motor development, body awareness, and meaningful progress through a highly specialized therapeutic model.
