Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Aquatic Instructor . This is not a traditional swim instructor position. While a background in competitive swimming or stroke mechanics is beneficial, applicants whose experience is limited to teaching conventional swim lessons or working in a traditional swim school environment are unlikely to be a good fit. Our program is grounded in neurological research and delivered through a therapeutic, individualized approach. Every activity is purposeful, and every interaction is designed to support a child's development. We are looking for professionals who are thoughtful, observant, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following fields often excel in this role: Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) Nursing Personal Training Exercise Science or Kinesiology Competitive swimming or coaching No aquatic therapy experience is required—we provide comprehensive training in our specialized methodology.
