- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum General Group Fitness Certification
- Must hold a current CPR and AED certification and basic first-aid training
- Minimum of 6 months experience facilitating Group Fitness
- Successfully Complete Strong Academy and performance auditions What We Offer

WE PAY FOR YOU TO GET UP-SKILLED!
! Our Strong Instructors participate in a 7-day training program, community classes, and assessments, in order to master the STRONG Pilates Method. During the Academy, you'll learn about STRONG cueing, how to coach Rowing, Riding, Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning. Use of STRONG tech including microphones, lights, TV, and clicker. STRONG brand awareness and more. The Academy requires 1-2 hours of online work, plus 7 days of in-studio training. Attendance for all 7 days is required in order to successfully complete the training.STRONG Classes & Additional Responsibilities:
:- Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule
- Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Know clients injuries before class so that you can modify as required
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day
- Ensure each client is introduced to the Rowformer and Bikeformer before class
Community:
- Proudly represent your STRONG studio at all times
- Welcome clients by name
- Always know when it's a client's first class
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
- Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise, and other offerings
Studio:
- Maintain upkeep of the studio between classes including cleanliness, equipment, Formers, restrooms
- Assist with washing/soaking/rolling of eucalyptus towels when requested
- Take pride in the studio like it is your own
Administrative:
- Capable of handling client interactions from walk-ins, phone, and email as needed
- Assist in generating and converting membership sales
